Estate agency is carried on under Portuguese Law no. 15/2013 of 8 February and other applicable legislation. The services include prospecting, marketing and brokerage in the purchase, sale and letting of property.

Credit Brokerage

Mortgage brokerage is provided free of charge to the client, under Portuguese Decree-Law no. 81-C/2017. The credit intermediary acts independently and is not tied to any financial institution.
